Paul Gleason
Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Paul Gleason is responsible for the company’s strategic and operational leadership through the twelve business units situated in our three locations – Toronto, Orlando and Chicago.  In addition to global operational management Paul Gleason also directly oversees the Student Services and Course Development teams at EmbanetCompass.

With fifteen years of educational leadership experience including serving as the Chief Operating Officer of a university system before joining EmbanetCompass, Dr. Gleason brings extensive academic operations and instructional technology development experience to his role serving our distinguished Academic Partner institutions.

He received his masters and doctoral degrees in education from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. While pursuing his doctoral studies, he served as an instructor with Vanderbilt’s undergraduate Human and Organizational Development Program, teaching organization theory and behavior. He completed his M.A. and B.A at Wheaton College in Illinois.
